Who you are contracting with

These terms govern every sale made through this website between [[ЗАПОЛНИТЬ: юридическое название продавца]] ("we", "us") and you.

They apply to consumers. Nothing in them takes away a right you have under mandatory consumer law — where a clause here and the law disagree, the law wins.

How a contract is made

The catalogue is an invitation to order, not an offer. Your order is the offer.

Before you commit you see the goods, the total price including VAT, the delivery cost and the delivery time. You can correct input errors up to the moment you confirm.

Prices

All prices are in EUR and include VAT at the rate in force. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

If a price is obviously wrong — an error so plain that you could not reasonably have taken it for our real price — we may cancel the order before dispatch and refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is due when the order is placed. Printing starts once the payment is confirmed, which is also when the production time starts running.

What a printed part is

Each part is manufactured for your order on a fused-filament printer. Layer lines are visible, colour can vary slightly between spools and batches, and surface finish varies with the geometry. That is what the process is, not a defect.

Dimensional tolerance we stand behind: [[ЗАПОЛНИТЬ: допуск по размерам, например ±0,5 мм]].

Colours are physical stock and can run out. If the colour you chose is gone before we print, we contact you and you may choose another or cancel for a full refund.

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, parts are sold for hobby and general use. They are not certified for aviation, medical, structural, load-bearing, food-contact or any other use where a failure could injure someone.

Legal guarantee of conformity

We are liable for two years from delivery if the goods do not conform to the contract — if they are faulty, differ from the description, or are not fit for a purpose you told us about and we accepted.

You may then require repair or replacement free of charge. If repair or replacement is impossible, fails, is not done within a reasonable time, or would cause you significant inconvenience, you may require a proportionate price reduction or cancel the contract and be refunded.

For at least the first year after delivery, a defect that shows up is presumed to have been there when the goods were delivered, and you do not have to prove it.

This right exists alongside the 14-day withdrawal right and is not limited by it.

Models and intellectual property

If you send us a model to print, you keep every right in it and you confirm that you are entitled to have it printed. We print it, we do not publish it, resell it or print it for anyone else.

Orders we will not print

We refuse, and refund in full, any order for:

• —weapons, weapon parts or anything designed to injure;
• —anything unlawful in Lithuania or in the country of delivery;
• —anything that would infringe someone else’s intellectual property or other rights;

Liability

We are liable for loss that is a foreseeable consequence of our breaking this contract.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. In particular, nothing here limits your rights under consumer law or under the product liability rules.

We are not liable for a failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, for as long as it lasts, but you may cancel and be refunded if it goes on.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

As a consumer you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
